Been there several years for general cleaning for myself and my partner at the Wantirna Mall Dental, however had a worst experience with my 5 year old with Dr Li. She’s upset and inpatient because my girl was scared of lying down by herself on the chair and wanted to lay on me for the check up. Indeed, she’s just a little scared mentally but did very well and being very brave during the check up, no crying, follow each directions of Dr Li. 2 minutes later, Dr Li was finished with the check up and no cleaning or what so ever was offered. I then asked her questions about when should I expect to her to lose her teeth the first time. Dr Li had her face towards the computer screen, back towards us, saying “I can’t tell you exactly when, it will come when it comes. Why do you need to know about the times? What can you do even if I can tell you when she’s gonna lose her teeth?” No explanation or trying to give me any information about how to deal with it when her tooth does fall out… very disappointing experience for a family that goes there every year… Update: the team reacted very promptly with my review and arranged another appointment for us with Dr Nadia. Dr Nadia was very patient and professional, offered a detailed check up and cleaning for my child. She also pointed out some teeth issues that were not found in the last examination. She answered all our questions professionally and explained clearly. Overall we are satisfied with the experience and the responsible team from t32 dental.

It was my first time visiting T32 Dental and filling out the registration form upon arrival was an easy process. I arrived late to my appointment but the staff were very accomodating. I came in for a clean and check up and Dr Leo did a very thorough and fantastic job. Overall I was quite happy with my visit and the prices are quite reasonable too. Had my yearly dental check-up at T32 Wantirna Mall Dental for the 1st time as my regular dentist was not available. I was more than happy with the treatment I received and found the team very professional, efficient, and punctual. The online booking was very easy. The clinic is located next to Wantirna Mall with parking onsite. I was treated by Dr Leo, and he did a thorough examination, cleaning, and only recommended what was required, and all items were fully covered by my health insurance. The staff at T32 are very pleasant and helpful, the Dentist is amazing. I had to get a tooth removed, the Dentist seen that it was going to be a difficult removal, he put the numbing gel on my gum, then gave me the numbing injection, he waited a while then gave it a second injection. He waited a while, then said ill have a look of its numb, he had me open my mouth and asked can you feel this. I felt nothing, he removed it then had to cut some infected him away. I am an elderly woman who needed to find a new dentist to care for my dental health after moving to Melbourne. I am so glad came to T32 Dental. The principal dentist Dr Nadia is really experienced and absolutely patient with me, which is quite important for an old slow lady like myself. Had my Wisdom tooth pulled today, I have to admit it is my best dental experience so far. Dr Jeremy Ho has done a exceptional job, very patient, very professional and very effective. i barely feel no pain during the whole process. Very impressed, also, Dr Li is a very nice lady as well, she gave me the right recommendation.
